At SPELL, we want you to feel as magical as our designs, so we offer a seamless 30-day return policy for all unworn garments with original tags attached. Please note that items marked as Final Sale are ineligible for return or exchange unless deemed faulty.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all boutique tags and hygiene seals remain intact.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your pre-paid shipping label from the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
